Control
Control overview
Control is Työäly's connector for companies whose work lives in a mailbox rather than in code. It reads one support mailbox on Microsoft 365, and for each new message it:
- prepares the message: the sender's own words without quoted history or signature, personal identifiers replaced, attachments turned into text;
- proposes what the company should do with it: the intent, the urgency, the language, a two-sentence summary, the action, and a ready draft when the action is a reply;
- asks Gate to decide on the proposal, exactly as any AI agent would;
- records the proposal and Gate's answer, and reports the day every morning.
Nothing is sent, moved or changed in the mailbox. A person reads the report and the mailbox and acts as before.
The actions Control proposes

Complaints, legal matters and messages containing personal identifiers go to a person by rule, before any proposal is made. The proposer may add to that list; it may never shorten it.
The daily report
One mail per day with the messages received, what Control proposed for each, what Gate said, what needs a person and which drafts are ready. Counts and outcomes only: no addresses, no drafts in the mail, nothing about how Control is built.

Moving between modes is a decision recorded with you, after the Observe weeks show how often Control's proposals and Gate's decisions match what your people did.
Requirements
A Microsoft 365 mailbox (a shared mailbox works) and two minutes to sign in with the account that reads it: Connect Microsoft 365. Control runs in Työäly's environment in the EU; you install nothing and your administrator changes nothing.
